Available dates for mediation are listed on the calendar below in GREEN. GRAY dates will be released in April 2023.* We release new dates on a rolling 6-month basis. Our online calendar is up to date by the minute and changes often. We occasionally get cancellations, so if you do not see a date within your requested timeframe on initial review, keep checking, a date may turn from red to green.

The parties should choose an available date and when ready to reserve the date, please email: (1) the full names of all parties or a caption page; (2) contact information for all counsel or a service list; and (3) how the parties have agreed to share the mediation fee, to Shante@Ortmanmediation.com. We will send all counsel an email confirming the reserved date and will provide information about the mediation, due dates for briefs, and an invoice.

*September 2023 dates are currently available to reserve.  Please review the available dates below.  October 2023 dates will be released on April 10, 2023, due to Spring Break.  Available dates for each month thereafter will be released on a rolling six-month basis (entire month released on the 1st of each month).
