Available dates for mediation are listed on the calendar below in GREEN.  If you do not see a GREEN date, we are unavailable.  GRAY dates will be released in November 2024.*  Our online calendar is up to date by the minute and changes often. We occasionally get cancellations, so if you do not see a date within your requested timeframe on initial review, keep checking, a date may turn from red to green.

Dates are released at 9:00 a.m. PST on the first of each month, unless the first of the month is on a weekend or holiday.  November 4th will be the next release date.  Prior to the release of dates, please coordinate availability with all parties.  Once the dates are released, please email the following information to Shante@Ortmanmediation.com: (1) several agreed upon/available dates for all parties; (2) the full names of all parties or a caption page; (3) contact information for all counsel or a service list; and (4) how the parties have agreed to share the mediation fee. We will send all counsel an email confirming the reserved date and will provide information about the mediation, due dates for briefs, and an invoice.  Shante will NOT hold dates nor schedule a mediation date prior to the release date.

*February 2025 dates are currently unavailable and completely booked.  March 2025 dates will be released on November 4, 2024 at 9:00am.  Available dates for each month thereafter will be released on a rolling four-month basis (entire month released on the 1st of each month).
