After you submit the form, we’ll respond via email to confirm availability, outline your next steps, and send an invoice to make it official.

Mediation Fee & Payment Terms
Ortman Mediation charges a flat daily fee—no hidden hassles, just a clear path to resolution. The daily fee includes preparation, a full day of mediation, and reasonable follow-up. For rate details, hit up Shante at: shante@ortmanmediation.com.
Payment Terms
Payment is due 90 days prior to the mediation date.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule up to six weeks before your scheduled mediation for a full refund. Within six weeks, cancellations are non-refundable unless the slot can be rebooked.
