OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Football and basketball are my sports. I’m a HUGE Niners fan and attend a few games per season. My family and I travel to see the Niners play at different stadiums. I am also a big Warriors fan. I’ve been attending Niners games since Candlestick and was going to Warriors’ games when tickets were only $25 and you could upgrade for free.

Hip hop and R&B light up my soul. I will see the same artist in concert repeatedly. I love live music, I love witnessing artists’ creativity on stage, and I love seeing the artists’ growth and lyrics mature with time. I have never had a bad time at a concert.
I admit it: I watch a lot of reality TV. My favorite shows include Real Housewives, Love is Blind, Love Island, Married to Medicine, and Married at First Sight. I also have seen every single show on HGTV. I am basically a professional (self-proclaimed) interior designer now.
I know, I know – you can’t believe it either. I’ve taken lessons more than several times, by different instructors, and have failed miserably. Even Tripper—a former water polo coach—and his kids have tried to teach me, but again, I failed.

Even though I can’t swim, I had the bright idea to go whitewater rafting in the American River for my birthday. That decision embodies my stop-at-nothing personality. The rapids were rated class 2-3 when we started—no biggie—but after a lunch break, the rapids increased to class 4-5. As we’re going down the river, our guide, Jeff, instructed us to turn the raft around and go backwards. The next thing we know, we hit a big rock and the raft flipped over on top of us. We were drowning! Jeff saved some of us from under the raft and also rescued the rest of the group floating down the river. When we made it back to safety, the American River crew named us “The Flippers.”
